Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE initialization options specified that IBM WLM scheduling environment insertion should be performed by CA Workload Automation SE. However, VRM must be active to support this feature (DBASE,RSRC=YES). The CA Workload Automation SE scheduling environment feature is disabled.
Action:
Specify RSRC=YES on the DBASE statement in the product's initialization file if you want to engage CA Workload Automation SE scheduling environment insertion.
