Reason:
A TCP/IP session was attempted, but no terminal was available to handle the session. The session was terminated.
Action:
If this message happens occasionally, no action may be required. However, if it happens frequently, it is a sign that insufficient CCI terminals are defined. Define one or more additional CCI terminals in the initialization file. Each CCI TERMINAL statement requires a corresponding CCI LINE and CCI GROUP statement.
