CA 7 XTM not responding: port/address
Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE TCP/IP facility is not responding to calls from the CA Workload Automation SE TCP/IP interface. The CA Workload Automation SE TCP/IP address and 5-digit port numbers are listed.
Action:
Perform the following actions:
- Verify that the CA Workload Automation SE address space is active.
- If so, check the CA Workload Automation SE JES log for CAL2Txxxx messages to see whether the TCP/IP terminal interface encountered any errors.
- If the problem persists, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
