Reason:
This informational message is a result of tracing an XPJOB, an agent, or the initialization file OPTION SUBMSGLVL parameter. This message indicates that job jjjjjjjj, with CA Workload Automation SE number nnnnn, has completed the submission process with the return and reason codes (rrr,rrr) for the preprocessing stage and the submission processing stage of the submission process.
Action:
None if the PRE and PRC return codes are zero. If the PRE and PRC return codes are nonzero, ensure that the XPJOB parameters or agent parameters are correctly coded, and that CAICCI or TCP/IP is active and in communication with the destination node where the job is destined. Because the job is redirected to the request queue, check the status of the job there. If unable to resolve why the job is not getting submitted, contact CA Support at ca.com/support for assistance.
