Health Checker aaaaaa pppppp failed, R15(xxxx) R0(rrrr)

Reason:

The IBM Health Checker action, aaaaaa (ADD or DELETE) for routine and pppppp (CHECKS or EXIT), failed. xxxx indicates the return code in Register 15. rrrr indicates the reason code in Register 0.

Action:

Perform one of the following actions:

• For routine, when pppppp is EXIT, the return and reason codes are for macro CSVDYNEX. See the IBM manual MVS Authorized Assembler Services Reference for more information about CSVDYNEX return and reason codes. Contact your installation specialist for assistance.
