Reason:
The product initialization module for CA Workload Automation SE (L2B3INIT) forced a GLOBAL REFRESH to upgrade the CA Workload Automation SE system environment. L2OPTS statements were not processed.
Action:
Run CAIRIM again to process the L2OPTS statements that were ignored now that the system is upgraded.
