Reason:
This message is issued when CAIRIM initializes the CA Workload Automation SE system environment without a System Configuration file. In this case the CA Workload Automation SE product initialization routine attempts to locate ICMDSECT. If ICMDSECT is located using the UC07 or UCT7 SSCT, the value of yyyyyyyyy is 'SSCT'. If ICMDSECT cannot be so located, the CA Workload Automation SE product initialization routine will attempt to find ICMDSECT in LPA. If ICMDSECT is found in LPA, the value of yyyyyyyyy is 'LPA'. If it is not found in LPA, the CA Workload Automation SE product initialization routine will construct an ICMDSECT using default values. In that case, the value of yyyyyyyyy is 'DEFAULTS.'
