Reason:
The request is not compatible with the current system configuration. A GLOBAL REFResh is not allowed unless the CA Workload Automation SE system has been initialized. nnnn is the number of the statement in error.
Action:
Code the L2OPTS statements needed for the CA Workload Automation SE system configuration that you want, and resubmit CAIRIM.
