Reason:
This message is issued as a non-deletable WTO to the master console. This message is issued if no IVT is found on this LPAR and no CA Workload Automation SE System Configuration file is present.
Action:
The CA Workload Automation SE product initialization routine will attempt to initialize the CA Workload Automation SE system environment using default options. If these defaults are acceptable, no action is required. If the defaults are not acceptable, you must create a CA Workload Automation SE System Configuration file and add it to the CAS9 procedure with the L2OPTS DD statement.
