Reason:
CA Integrated Agent Services (CA IAS) has abended with code aaaaaa at least three times. As a result, the CA Workload Automation SE system marks the CA IAS component inactive because CA IAS has had repeated problems.
Action:
Check for CA IAS messages (beginning with CAIASnnnnn) to determine what the problems are. Once the problems have been addressed, recycle CA Workload Automation SE. For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
