Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE called CAISDI/els to open a request in CA Service Desk. CAISDI/els has not ended after one minute, indicating a problem in either CAISDI/els or CA Service Desk. CA Workload Automation SE detaches the task.
CA Workload Automation SE automatically reattaches a new subtask to attempt to process requests from other products that use the Product Interface. The Product Interface is permanently disabled if the subtask is detached five times (see Message CAL2I025E). An S13E abend may occur when the subtask is detached and can be ignored.
Action:
Determine why CA Service Desk has not returned control to CA Workload Automation SE.
