Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE is reading the SERVDESK file. The specified field has an invalid value in the rule ending on the line number in the message. Most likely the field has a zero length.
Action:
Correct the SERVDESK file, and then issue the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command to reprocess the file.
