Reason:
Either CA Workload Automation SE is starting and is processing the SERVICEDESK initialization file statement, or the /REFRESH,MOD=SERVDESK command has been issued. CA Workload Automation SE is trying to process the filter rules for creating CA Service Desk requests but cannot open ddname SERVDESK.
Action:
Ensure that the SERVDESK DD statement is correct in the CA Workload Automation SE started task.
