Reason:

If the LOGON parameter is omitted, program CAL2FPRM attempts to determine the user ID of the submitter. In this case, the attempt was unsuccessful and processing terminated.

Action:

Rerun the job or reissue the command specifying the LOGON keyword in the INITDEF file. Depending on your installation, a CA7PASS keyword may also be necessary.
