Reason:
The CA Workload Automation SE CAICCI interface requested a terminal session with CA Workload Automation SE, but subsequently received a record from CA Workload Automation SE that did not conform to the interface protocol. This condition is probably transient and should not reoccur if the interface is retried.
Action:
To prevent further occurrences of this condition, ensure that all necessary CA Common Services maintenance is applied. For assistance, contact CA Support at ca.com/support.
