Reason:
An attempt was made to check the authorization for the owner of the current environment to submit a CA Workload Automation SE logon for the operator ID specified on the /LOGON command being processed. The external security system responded with a return code 4, indicating SUBMIT is not a defined resource. The /LOGON command and subsequent commands are processed normally. Any messages returned by the external security system are listed following this message.
Action:
Define the SUBMIT resource and applicable rules if you want your external security system to control CA Workload Automation SE External Communicators.
