Reason:
All of the VTAM ACBs defined for use with the CA Workload Automation SE/TSO-ISPF and CA Workload Automation SE API interface are currently in use by other ISPF or the CA Workload Automation SE API sessions.
Action:
Wait a few minutes and try the interface again. If the problem persists, consider increasing the number of VTAM ACBs.
