Reason:
The external security system would not authorize the owner of the BTI job to submit a logon for operator ID specified on the /LOGON statement listed above this message. Any messages returned by the external security system will be listed following this message. The batch input statements following that logon will be skipped until another /LOGON statement is encountered.
The owner of the BTI job is specified implicitly (the user that submits the job) or explicitly through a USER= job parameter or equivalent.
Action:
Ensure the owner of the BTI job has SUBMIT authority for all operator IDs specified on /LOGON statements used as batch input.
