Reason:
CA Workload Automation SE must be active to process the batch terminal input. The control record in the Communications data set or an operator's reply to a WTOR indicates CA Workload Automation SE is not active.
Action:
Check the UCC7CMDS DD statement in the Batch Terminal Interface PROC and the CA Workload Automation SE PROC to be sure that it is correct. If it is, resubmit the Batch Terminal Interface job when CA Workload Automation SE is active.
