Reason:
For a specific volume request, the device did not have sufficient space to contain the data set. For a non-specific volume request or when volume rotation is authorized, no volume was found that had both sufficient space and could contain the requested block size. All further processing of the data set request is bypassed.
Action:
Correct the condition and resubmit the data set request.
