WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED—Password Required

The WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED variable specifies whether the agent has permissions to set the proper user ID jobs are run under.

This variable has the following format:

WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED: Y | N

Y

The agent validates the user password before submitting the job. The job fails if the password is incorrect.

N

The agent does not validate the user password before submitting the job.

Default: Y

Note: You must set the WLA-PASSW-REQUIRED environment variable to N when working with CA Workload Automation AE for spool file retrieval to work properly.
