Job Resource Dependencies Search

You can use the Job Resource Dependencies Search subsection to search for one or more specific jobs to monitor their resource usage.

This subsection contains the following fields:

Name

Specifies the name of the jobs to include in the report. You can enter one or more names, separated by commas. Alternatively, you can use the asterisk (*), percent (%), or question mark (?) with a partial name, where * or % represents zero or more characters and ? represents a single character. Clicking Click to search for an object. opens the Select Jobs dialog, from which you can select one or more specific jobs. This field is required.

Server

Specifies the name of the server on which to search for a specific job. This field is required.

Machine

Specifies the name of the machine that is defined on the CA Workload Automation AE instance where the job is defined. You can use the asterisk (*), percent (%), or question mark (?) with a partial name, where * or % represents zero or more characters and ? represents a single character. Clicking Click to search for an object. opens the Select Machines dialog, from which you can select a specific machine or multiple machines.

Flow

Specifies whether to display the Job Resource Dependencies Flow in a job-centric view, resource-centric view, or to not display the flow, when the report is run.

Default: Resource-centric

This subsection contains the following button:

Go

Runs the report for the selected job or jobs and displays the results in the Job Resource Dependencies Report subsection.

Note: When you click Go, a confirmation dialog opens, displaying the progress of the search. You can press the Cancel button at any time to stop the search, which then displays only a partial listing of the results.
