Job Resource Dependencies Flow
The Job Resource Dependencies Flow section displays the information from the Job Resource Dependencies Report in a graphical format. You can use this section to view the details for each resource requirement and quickly check whether those resource requirements have been satisfied.
Note: The type of flow is determined by the selection you make for the Flow field in the Job Resource Dependencies Search. For example, if you select Resource-centric, then the flow displays each resource and its dependent jobs that meet the specified criteria.
The Job Resource Dependencies Flow section displays the following for each object in the view:
- An icon that identifies the job type and current status.
- An icon that identifies the resource type for each job.
- One or more lines that connect the resources to the job or the job to the resources.
- A tooltip that provides detailed information about a job or a resource when you move the mouse over a job or a resource icon.
This section also includes a toolbar from which you can control the viewing area.
Notes:
- The tooltip is displayed only when the Show Tooltips icon is enabled in the Flow Toolbar.
- A solid red line indicates that the resource dependency is unsatisfied; a solid green line indicates that the resource has been satisfied.
- Right-clicking a job opens a pop-up menu, letting you edit the job in Quick Edit, see a consolidated view of the job in Quick View, or release resources.
