Navigation Pane

The left pane provides navigation capability and displays a list of available report templates and existing reports. You can use the Navigation pane to create reports on demand, select existing reports to view or export, or filter the list of available reports and templates.

This pane contains the following field:

Filter

Lets you enter criteria to limit the list of templates and reports displayed in the Navigation pane.

This pane contains the following sections:

Templates

Displays the names of available reporting templates. Clicking a template name opens the Report Parameters dialog.

Reports

Displays the names of the generated reports for this session. Clicking a report name opens the report in the right pane.

Notes:

• Generated reports are listed under the appropriate folder in the Navigation pane and are assigned a sequential number for each report of the same type. For example, Summary_1, Summary_2, and so on, can be listed in the Job Run Reports folder in the Navigation pane.
• Generated reports do not persist beyond the current session.

This pane contains the following controls:

Hides the left pane and expands the Reporting Dashboard in the right pane.

Removes the filter and displays all available report templates and reports.

Dashboard

Displays the Reporting Dashboard in the right pane.
