The Create Report dialog opens when you either select a template from the Navigation pane or select a template from the Create Report: Select Template dialog. This dialog contains the required and optional fields for creating a report.
Note: The fields available are determined by the selected report template.
This dialog contains the following fields:
Displays a list of available CA Workload Automation AE servers from which you can select.
Specifies the date and time parameters for which to run the report. You can select a predefined option or can specify a custom start and end date and time.
The following predefined options are available:
Displays a list of available machines from which you can select. This section displays only if the selected report requires machine input.
Specifies the jobs to include in the report. You can use the asterisk (*) or percent (%) as a wildcard for the entire name or for a partial name, where the * and % represent zero or more characters. You can also use the question mark (?) to represent any single character. This section displays only if the selected report requires job name input.
(Optional) Specifies the field by which to sort the report. After selecting the appropriate field from the Sort by drop-down list, you can select to sort the report in either ascending or descending order.
Note: The fields on which to sort are determined by the selected report template.
This dialog contains the following buttons:
Discards your selections and closes the dialog.
Specifies to use all servers or machines in the list.
Discards your selections in the list.
Displays the next page of the dialog.
Displays the previous page of the dialog.
Saves your selections and closes the dialog.
