Collectors are processes that obtain data from the CA Workload Automation AE scheduling managers, reformat the data, and store it in the data warehouse for reporting.
Note: When CA WCC connects to the CA Workload Automation AE server for the first time, or is reconnected after a period of more than 48 hours, only the previous 48 hours of data is collected from the CA Workload Automation AE server and imported into the reporting database.
