Customize Dialog

The Customize dialog opens when you click Customize on the main Quick View page. This dialog lets each user select and save display preference settings. These settings persist even after the current session is ended.

Notes:

• Each user can specify values here that override the Preferences settings in Configuration Manager. When you click Default, the values revert to the Configuration Manager settings.
• When changes in this dialog are saved, they are reflected on the page after you do one of the following:
  • Use the current server name and job name, and click Go.
  • Enter new search criteria, and click Go. If multiple jobs are found, select the one you want from the search results list.

This dialog contains the following fields in the General section:

Rows per Page for Search Results

Specifies the number of rows to display per page in the Search Results table. Valid values are: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200.

Default: 50

Rows per Page for Reports

Specifies the number of rows to display per page in a report table. Valid values are: 10, 20, 50, 100, 200.

Default: 50

Search History Items

Specifies the number of items to display in the search history list.

Limits: 1-100

Default: 30

Job Details View

Indicates whether the job details should be displayed as a tree or as JIL in the Job Details section.

Default: Tree

This dialog contains the following fields in the Flow section:

Maximum Flow Height (pixels)

Specifies the maximum height of the Job Flow in pixels.

Limits: 150-1000

Default: 400

Default Number of Upstream Levels

Controls the number of upstream (predecessor) job levels displayed in the Job Flow section.

Limits: 0-10

Default: 1

Default Number of Downstream Levels

Controls the number of downstream (successor) job levels displayed in the Job Flow section.

Limits: 0-10

Default: 1

This dialog contains the following fields in the Individual Reports section:

Show Dependent Jobs

Indicates whether the Dependent Jobs report section is displayed.

Default: Selected

Show Starting Conditions

Indicates whether the Starting Conditions report section, which includes the Job Dependencies and Job Resource Dependencies sub-sections, is displayed.

Default: Selected

Show Job Runs

Indicates whether the Job Runs report section, which includes job run events and logs, is displayed.

Default: Selected

Note: All report types are initially selected for each user.

This dialog contains the following buttons:

Save

Saves your settings and closes the dialog.

Default

Selects the default for all fields.

Cancel

Discards your settings and closes the dialog.
