General Tab

The General tab is displayed when you click Customize in the Quick Edit title bar, and then select the General tab. You can use the General tab to specify the number of rows per page to display in the Search Results table. You can also redirect a single search result to display in the Properties section, and customize other settings.

Note: Each user can specify values here that override the Preferences settings in Configuration Manager. When you click Default, the values revert to the Configuration Manager settings.

This tab contains the following fields:

Rows per Page for Search Results

Specifies the number of results per page to display in the Search Results section. Valid values are 10, 20, 50, and 100.

Default: 50

Rows per Page for Search Results in Dialog

Specifies the number of rows per page to display in the Search Results table in search dialogs. Valid values are 10, 20, 50, and 100.

Default: 20

Search History Items

Specifies the number of entries to display in the search history for the Name field in the Search section.

Default: 30

Description Column Length

Specifies the maximum number of characters to display for the Description field in the Search Results section.

Default: 500

Single Result Redirect

Indicates whether to display the search result in the Properties section when the search returns a single item.

Default: Selected

Display Calendar with 24 Months

Indicates whether to display a 24-month calendar view instead of a 12-month calendar view.
