Find a Job from the Details Pages
You can use the Job Search section on the View Details or Box Job Details pages to find one or more jobs contained in a specified view.
Follow these steps:
- Enter the job name in the Name field, the server name in the Server field, the box job name in the Box Job field, or all three. Clicking
opens the Select View Server dialog, letting you select one or more servers from a list.
Note: You can enter any of the following in the Name, Server, or Box Job fields:
- Valid name—Finds the specified job, collection, or server.
- Asterisk (*), percent (%), or question mark (?) with a partial name, where the * or % represents zero or more characters and ? represents a single character—Finds all jobs, box jobs, or servers in the view that contain the partial name. For example, entering n* in the Name field would find all jobs that begin with the letter n, and entering *n would find all jobs that end with the letter n.
- Asterisk (*), percent (%), or blank—Finds all jobs, box jobs, or servers.
- Exclamation (!) with a partial name—Finds all jobs, box jobs, or servers that do not match the partial name. For example, entering !n* in the Name field would find all objects that do not begin with the letter n.
- Multiple names, separated by commas.
- (Optional) Select the Match All check box to list the jobs that match all of the values specified in the Job Search fields. Deselect the check box to list the jobs that match any of the values specified in any of the job search criteria.
- Click Go.
The Jobs section lists the jobs that meet your search criteria.
