The CA Workload Automation AE Import/Export section lets you import or export a CA Workload Automation AE job or calendar. A job or calendar is exported from a CA Workload Automation AE server to a text file for editing. An edited text file is imported back to the CA Workload Automation AE server.
This section contains the following fields:
Specifies the object to import or export (job or calendar).
Specifies the type of calendar to export (Standard, Extended, or Cycle).
Note: The calendar type is not required when you import a calendar.
Specifies the name of the job or calendar to export. A job name can contain an asterisk (*), percent (%), or question mark (?) as a wildcard character, which may cause more than one job to be exported. A calendar name cannot contain a wildcard character.
Notes:
Specifies the name of the text file to import.
Specifies the server that the file should be imported from or exported to.
This section contains the following buttons:
Opens the Choose file dialog.
Opens the Server Selection dialog.
Imports the specified text file back to the specified server as a job or calendar.
Exports the specified job or calendar to the specified server as a text file.
Clears the Name, File Name and Server fields.
