Delete an Object

You can delete one or more jobs, logical operators, or dependencies from the job flow in the Graph.

Follow these steps:

1. Select the object to be deleted.

   Note: You can select more than one object by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking objects.

2. Do one of the following:
   • Click on the toolbar.
   • Right-click and select Delete from the pop-up menu.

   The object is deleted from the Graph. When you delete a job or a box job, its name is added to the Delete List.

   Note: A confirmation prompt is not displayed.

Note: For the object property, dependency, and job flow changes to be saved on a CA Workload Automation AE server, you must commit the flow to the appropriate server. When you delete a job from the job flow, the job is added to the Delete List. When you commit the modified flow, the jobs in the Delete List are deleted on the specified server if you select the option to do so in the Commit Jobs dialog.
