Use Case: Adding a Server to a Service
This use case illustrates the process for adding a server to a previously created service.
- Verify the prerequisites for adding the server to the service:
- The service exists.
- The server exists.
- The service already has a priority assigned.
- The user has access to modify a service.
- Add the server to the service.
- Verify the results of adding the server to the service:
- The server is now a member of the service.
- The server is now included in the utilization of the service.
- Inclusion of this service now affects any service rules for utilization.
