AFP Page Level Indexing

CA View loads the AFP data with Plain group level indexing. The loading of AFP data with Page level indexing was not supported in previous releases of CA View. Support is now added for the following options:

Plain Page Level Indexing
Page Level Indexing inside a Named Group
Combined Group and Page Level Indexing

Note: The SARDBB program generates BDI, IEL, TLE and EDI structures.
