To monitor CA Disk messages in CA Vantage SRM, you must route all or selected CA Disk messages to CA Vantage SRM where they can be accumulated for easy viewing and review. In other words, searching through batch output for important CA Disk messages can be eliminated. The CA Vantage SRM automation functions can also detect and respond to critical CA Disk messages. Messages are accumulated in a script distributed with CA Vantage SRM. If you need to log messages for historical reasons, use the CA Vantage SRM Log function.
