Reason:

The version of the TCP/IP API in the packet received by CA VM:Tape (version1) is different from the version expected (version2) and so the request cannot be processed.

Action:

Install the correct version of CA VM:Tape Linux Interface. You can find the correct version of the TCP/IP API in the vmtape-api(7) man page.
