Reason:
During CA VM:Tape system processing, the TCPIP DATA file was found to be missing or to have an incorrect value defined.
Action:
LINK and ACCESS the minidisk containing the TCPIP DATA file, or correct the invalid field definition. Contact your system administrator to determine which version of the TCPIP DATA file you should access.
