Reason:
During CA VM:Tape initialization, multiple PRODUCT RMS records were found in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. There can be only one PRODUCT RMS record in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Edit the VMTAPE CONFIG file and remove any extra PRODUCT RMS records. Then restart CA VM:Tape.
