Reason:
CA VM:Tape cannot determine the tape drives defined to the indicated automated robotic mounter (ARM) product.
Action:
Ask your CA VM:Tape system administrator to determine why CA VM:Tape cannot determine the product tape drives. After fixing the problem restart the CA VM:Tape interface to the specified ARM product.
