Reason:

An error occurred in the CA VM:Tape interface to CA VM:Backup. CA VM:Tape does not recognize the command it received from vmbackup, the userid of the CA VM:Backup service virtual machine. CA VM:Tape clears the command buffer and cancels the CA VM:Backup request. This message represents a serious internal logic error in CA VM:Tape or CA VM:Backup.
