Reason:
In response to an EJECT command, CA VM:Tape attempted to eject the volser from the indicated location. The EJECT command was rejected by the controlling automated robotic mounter (ARM) product software.
Action:
Ask your CA VM:Tape system administrator to determine the reason for the command failure. After the problem is corrected, enter the EJECT command again.
