Reason:
A permanent I/O error occurred while CA VM:Tape tried I/O to the device containing the Shared Tape Allocation Manager (STAM) control file. The code value specifies the return code from DIAGNOSE X'20'. The indicated sense data are the first four sense bytes generated by the I/O attempt. STAM abends.
