Reason:
This message appears only with other messages. Shared Tape Allocation Manager (STAM) failed to initialize for reasons explained in earlier error messages. If the VMTAPE CONFIG file specifies STAM AUTO, CA VM:Tape initialization also fails.
Action:
See to the preceding error messages to determine the cause of STAM initialization failure and proceed accordingly.
