Reason:
CA VM:Tape tried to select a scratch volume to satisfy a scratch mount request, but no volumes of mediatype were available in poolname. The scratch request is queued until a volume becomes available.
Action:
Ask the tape librarian to run the SCRATCH command with the REFRESH option to make scratch tapes available.
