Reason:
The priority you specified on a mount or allocate request is higher than your allowed maximum. Zero is the highest priority; 99 is the lowest.
Action:
Specify a lower priority (a higher number), or ask your CA VM:Tape system administrator to authorize you to specify the requested priority.
