Reason:
CA VM:Tape detected an invalid qualifier on the AUTHORIZ record in the VMTAPE CONFIG file. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to correct the AUTHORIZ record. See the Administration Guide for information on the AUTHORIZ record. When the problem is corrected, start CA VM:Tape again.
