Reason:
If more than one PRODUCT record is provided for a given CA product, one of the product userids must be specified as the master userid for that product. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to add MASTER to one of the duplicate PRODUCT records. When the problem is corrected, start CA VM:Tape again.
