Reason:
Either the POOLNAME or POOLASGN file is empty. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to determine which file is empty and build one to correspond with the file that already exists. See the Administration Guide for information on CA VM:Tape scratch pools. When the problem is corrected, resume scratch pool initialization.
