Reason:
While performing I/O error recovery to the tape drive at the indicated address, raddr, CA VM:Tape received another I/O error attempting to issue the SENSE CCW.
Action:
Use the information provided in messages 136I and 137I, along with any CP error messages that may reference the same tape address, raddr, on either the CA VM:Tape and/or system operator's console. If the problem persists, contact your system support personnel.
