Reason:
During scratch pool initialization, CA VM:Tape detected overlapping scratch pools. CA VM:Tape initialization fails.
Action:
Ask the CA VM:Tape system administrator to correct the indicated scratch pool definition. See the Administration Guide for information on CA VM:Tape scratch pools. When the problem is corrected, resume scratch pool initialization.
