Reason:
You tried to list the indicated volume, but it is a scratch tape and cannot be listed. Information can be listed for saved tapes only. The LIST command ends with return code 28.
Action:
Verify that the volser is correct. If it is, check with the tape librarian to see if the tape was scratched, then proceed accordingly. If the tape was recently scratched, it may still have the original data on it.
